Snyder v. Phelps Presented to Supreme Court

Various sources around the web suggest we won't hear a decision on this until next summer. So probably late June or early July. The Court usually releases several rulings right at the end of the term.

Still, though, while that seems typical, it gnaws kind of like waiting for the fall premiere after a late-spring cliffhanger.

They won. Can you believe it? I think that all the atheists should start protesting at their funerals. :mufc:

Yes, I can believe it. As far as I'm concerned, they should have won.

My silence, however, is indicative of how depressing I find it; I haven't actually read the decision yet.

I will, soon, but I wasn't really looking forward to this outcome. It's just, you know ... I think this is the way it has to be.
