Out of Game: Mon means the emblem, and Seiwa Genji is a clan within the Minamoto.

It was a little drive to Berlin. Otto reached his unit and addressed the Captain. "Sir. Wat are our orders?" "To hold a defensive, neutral, stance."

Then there similar shouts in the radio frequency. Yamato Squadron, along with the instructors of Kyoto Air Force Academy were airborne.
 
"Sir, shouldn't we be helping the Allies?" "Soldier! You have your orders." "Yes..... sir."

OUT OF GAME: Well it's a two sided war. Commies and not Commies. We just fight, we'll figure out who wins when we get there.
