I did accidentely shoot one round into the concrete out of the 10 rounds I shot. It should be in the concrete of the sidewalk. They were incendiary rounds so its probably already ignited but you may be able to do something with the metal... Maybe find out where it was made?

A soldier came and said,

"My lord, we found this on the sidewalk,"

He then took out what was left of a incendiary round, vacuum sealed in a bag.
 
"That would be helpful, you can use everything at my disposal including the police force," Shogun then handed Jack his seal, "This will come in handy,"
 
"I will try to get any evidence from here,"

Shogun then said,

"I will pay you whatever price you name if you can capture him, alive or dead, preferably alive,"
 
Shogun then said,

"Represented by these circles here, red is for most suspicious, yellow is medium, and green is least,"
