A UKRAINIAN missile lands direct hit on Russian tug supplying Snake Island. The vessel Vasyl Bekh was struck at 4am while transporting soldiers, weapons and ammunition to the island. Its Tor anti air missile system failed to halt the strike. Initially reports said it was hit with a Harpoon missile . However there was also speculation that either a British-supplied Brimstone missile or a ship-based missile defense system was used.

I don't think that's quite what it does. A malfunction, sure, but it's only the perspective that makes it think it hits the launcher. i.e. the launcher may be in the same line from the camera as the impact site, but further away, and only the persepective makes it think it hit the launcher.
 
PUTIN has lost his 56th colonel and 40 soldiers after they were hit by missiles supplied by the US.
Paratrooper commander Col. Andrei Vasilyev, 49, was allegedly killed in the attack on Friday night.
