I did find a philosophical statement on the back of a chewing gum pack once.
'Exagerated consumption can have laxatative effects'
I live by it to this day.
 
Eating all that fruit could indeed have some unfortunate effects. Perhaps they should eat the trees, as truthseeker suggests, to add some fibre. :(
