Why would it be rational to expect all of these qualities to find exhibition in your self?
According to your standards, the possibility of those qualities are justifiably as likely in myself as they are in any example you can offer for them existing anywhere else.

I am your omnimax god, and you have no way of proving that I’m not.

At the very least, one would hope an omnimax personalty would be capable of holding their own on an online discussion forum.

Any way that I express myself is an act of perfection. That you don’t recognize it as such shows that you don’t know me. You seem to be under some misguided impression that you possess the necessary faculties to know me from Adam. I am your God, and since you can’t prove otherwise you are bound by your own standard of logic to accept it as fact.

By the way, I’ve never revealed myself to anyone until my previous post, so any claim of knowledge of who or what I am up until now has been completely false. If you want to know God, this thread is your only true path to that knowledge. Ask, and yee shall receive.

I guess the first of many obvious questions would be why you appear ignorant of many things, even after your apparent divine manifestation.

By relegating selfhood to a virtual realm to work through its illusory attachments?
The means is irrelevant.
If God is omnimax then he is surely capable of eliminating suffering, right?
Just as he surely as he is capable of holding his own on an online discussion forum, perhaps?
His not doing one directly is clearly his choice.
His not doing the other you don't think would also be his choice?
Thus your dismissal of Capracus' claim, no matter how ridiculous you might find that claim, is fallacious and without merit.
Simples, really.

Then problem solved, since I just gave an explanation of a means.

The fact that you think you are capable of judging my expressions as ignorant only highlights that condition in yourself. Since I already know why you think you are capable of discerning my nature, go ahead and try to explain it to the interested mortals in this thread.

Which greek philosopher am I thinking of that discredits your professed notions of Godhood and why?
As a professed omnimax personality, you are obviously familiar with Greek philosophy (unlike Capracus, whose identity as a bumbling intellectual dolt you were charading as in order to mask your glory).

Dont let him sidetrack you from laying evidence on the table of god.

I took the trouble to make a long post hoping that it may stir you and or Jan into a response that blows me out of the water with some evidence that I would have to conceed as settling the matter.

Resist the urge to attack the person and move right onto an outline of why you believe there is or is not a god.

So what have you got?

Alex

You can’t discredit God’s notion of its godhood through the flawed logic of a particular human philosopher, their conclusions on the matter are as worthless as your own. I’ve allowed Capracus to speak the simple truth that human beings are presently incapable of discerning my nature. You have my permission to go ahead and demonstrate your ignorance by claiming otherwise.

You could end this once and for all. You could turn my laptop into a unicorn. Then do JamesR's. :)

That's fine.
I was just after the name of the particular greek philosopher I had in mind. Also, extra brownie points if you can name the Christian movement (often celebrated for empowering obscurantism) that proposed ideas identical to what you are now professing.

Being God I’ve got all the brownie points I could ever want. If anyone’s interested in being quizzed on philosophy and religion they’re free to engage, but this line of inquiry does nothing to explain your perceived ability to discern my nature.
You are starting to sound less and less omni by the moment.
You're still suffering from the delusion that you're in a position to make such a determination.
