Praise your dog

Canis gets up close and familiaris with some kid's ass.

Mine prefers the yellow ones, but he just wolfs those white ones down, the little terror.
 
Actually, we owned a pet when I was a young'un. A Samoyed (with a bloody title, for godsake).

Very good family pets, those Samoyeds, very affectionate and tolerant of young children. Not at all nippy, or barky, or growly. Very quiet (almost lobotomised).
I understand they were bred for the courts, by the Russians, to be well-behaved, gentle critters that looked good next to her ladyship.

Also the centre of attention anywhere we went with her.
