Post a Cool Picture

They must be doing that with some kind of back lighting, very interesting.

I don't know how it is done but it's kind of interesting, for sure.

Here's another bit of 'green on green' to mark the day.

Here's another running horse, looks like it could be a Friesian.

You'll be in trouble if you get me started on this theme, lol..:D

I'll be back. Just home from work and as a matter of fact, I have to go and feed some horses or I'll be getting an earful from that crew. :)

Horses also look great in black and white photography.

Catch you later. Now I am off to ride one of my steeds, probably Caramel, as the footing is still pretty icy in patches. Spring is on it's way but we have still got a ways to go. :)

Actually, I personally like a lithe, lean horse, well conditioned, but the photos I posted were artistically pleasing to me.

I'd keep this fellow if someone left him in my yard. :D

He looks a bit like thoroughbred I once tried to train, I call him Black Creek or BC for short, and he was a nut-job.
I don't think I was ever bucked off any other horse quite as much as I was off him. He was lean and whippy having explosive speed but not very good staying power.
I gave up and sold him because I just couldn't trust him with the young girl I was training him for.

Also I think that horse in the picture above looks a bit like a colt and he'll thicken up especially if he's left un-gelded.

My favourite horse painting.
