Post a Cool Picture

Horny Toad:D

Looks like a tree frog to me. I know to most people they all look alike, but toads generally don't have a smooth green skin or toes that can stick to large leaves.:D

You're right. Underneath the picture was a caption that said:

Aha!

I'm on to that trick!

A guy holds out a cute little froggie to a girl and invites her to kiss it.

As many girls close their eyes for a kiss, the fellow palms the froggie and plants a lip-lock on her.

You have to use a cute little tree frog though, because girls generally don't find toads cute and are concerned that they might 'catch' warts, lol.... :D

Subliminal message of the post was 'kiss me. you fool!'

These days, one has to be careful about kissing in front of an audience....

I am well familiar with the story, thank you.

But in the original story, the prince is in the shape of the frog. It is not the case that a man would hold a toad in his hand and then ask a woman to kiss the toad, so that the man could become the prince.
Although this is how it tends to be in reality ...

As we are on the topic of princesses and related fairy tales, I thought I would post an image of glass slippers. :D

Pair of crystal glass slippers made by Dartington Crystal, on show in the Council House, Plymouth Civic Centre. Presented to the City Of Plymouth by the Plymouth Committee of the British Olympic Appeal and Mr & Mrs M. Hockin to mark the occasion of Her Royal Highness the Princess Royal attending the British Olympic Appeal Gala Ball on 15 July 1988. Description taken from Glass slippers labelled

Sextuplets-600x400.jpg

The most amazing part of this photo is what?

1) That the mother is not hitting the father and screaming, “Hey, I SHOULD BE THE ONE NAPPING HERE!”
2) They got six newborns to sleep at once without infusing their milk with Baby Ambien.
3) That dad had the courage to pose like this without a single diaper in sight.

Apparently there are synchronized sleeping contests for puppies (I had no idea, lol....).

I wonder it there is such a thing for humans? The picture posted by Trooper certainly looks like a contender, IMO.

The puppy winner is....

What should we call scheherazade’s recent addition, getting your d_cks in a row?

I recently took a picture similar to KillJoy's runaway tree at Salt Point, not far from San Francisco. This is my all-time favorite beach
in Northern California.

The tafoni (honeycomb weathering), is so cool and makes rock climbing a breeze.

The tafoni is thought to be caused by salt crystallization but I think that it is initiated from biological weathering
because I found this huge area covered with these little sea urchins.

Here's a few more pictures that I took at Salt Point.

Some awesome pictures KJ and Trooper.

There is much texture also to be observed in the land of ice and snow, where KJ swears he shall never go, lol... :D
