could you point out the exact problems in the plot. maybe list them...
i could explain them in detail, if you put them here,

Sounds like Wolverine, where are the claws in his hands?

but he could kill wolverine.
hacker's background is very, very different from wolvie's...
was wolvie blonde and blue-eyed? no.
was wolvie a bit tubby? no.
did wolvie join the army in 1985 to fight in various special forces operations in south america and africa? no.
did wolvie fight in the Gulf War? no.
can wolvie absorb an RPG hit, and act as though nothing has happened? no.
can he dual-wield M60E4 Machineguns? no.
can he flip a car? no.
does he have a couple hundred bodyguards that do his every whim? no.
does he eventually control the entire criminal udnerworld through fear and murder? no.

Key Differences. Only a small part of Hacker is similar to Wolvie.

believe me, hacker could wipe wolvie apart with one hand. really, he's strong enough, and accurate enough, to grap wolvie's claws and rip the skeleton out.
now tell me that won't hurt.
 
Unless Hacker was built of adamantium, Wolverine could cut him into a million pieces. Wolverine also survived a nuclear bomb being detonated in Japan. Can hacker survive nuclear bombs?

okay, okay, wolvie could cut hacker into many many pieces, but Hacker can heal much faster than wolvie.
can wolvie survive being shot with an RPG, wake up in half, and then regrow his lower torso?
no!
hacker does that, in his own movie. we have the scene already planned out and done on a computer 3D animation program.
hacker could just move sideways faster than wolverine could know whats happening, wheel behind wolvie, and rip off his his head. done. Wolvie dies.
hacker could probably kill Mace "Fucking" Windu, given he strikes first.
the only thing that could kill hacker are probably a nuclear weapon, Unit 414, Dark Alden, Develin, or Yoshiro.
people that have gone up against hacker and survived at least once:
Murdock Jones, William Richards, Dick Roland, and these two cambodian assassins.
now, if wolvie were able to sever hacker's brain, not his head, hacker wouldn't be able to regenerate. at least for 30 seconds, anyway....because its in his genetic structure that allows him to regenerate. its the Gov that gives him this ability, through altering his gene structure.
but, if Wolvie were able to land a good hit right across hacker's brain, like across these places, shown by red lines:

So basically one punch to Hacks face and he's out. Tell me, Hapsburg, is Hack made of metal? Wolverine has a metal skeleton that is so fantastically strong that the metal that comprises it doesn't even exist yet! Everything you've said about Hacker tells me he's made out soft, stringy flesh material. Soft stringy flesh material falls off when you slice it with impossibly sharp knives. It will continue to fall off regardless of how fast it regrows, and then what happens when Hack runs out of energy to regrow his limbs? Does he photosynthesize? I don't really think badasses are heliotrohpes, though. Perhaps he's powered by a nuclear reactor, or diesel?

Good to know Hacker can beat Wolvie and that he is part human part plant.
