Most effective but expensive is to get a vibrater - of which there are several kinds - either the sort that one inserts into the vagina or anus, or the sort that simply stimulates the clitoris. One can shell out for a really good one that does both, and of course there are dildos.
Otherwise one does it by hand, either by sticking one finger in the vagina and moving it in circles while using the thumb and index finger to stimulate the clitoris, or by sticking anywhere from one to three fingers in the vagina and alternately stroking and moving them in and out, or one can stick the index and middle fingers in the vagina while stroking the clit with one's thumbnail.
Of course there are other ways.
