I assumed that the Hobo isn't mob because he arrived late in the game.
What do you guys think ?

My exact statement was something like; word on the street is that the entertainer went on a walk early this morning without his bodyguard, he was seen near the mayors office

Don't you mean that casino owner went on a walk without his bodyguard and that the entertainer was seen near the mayors office ?

And my info was: You decided to walk without your bodyguard for some reason, and you saw no one in the alley where the mayor was found.
