Mafia - the forum game

true and he was the other one i suspected from the start.

you do realise that even if we could logically justifi all our opinions here and in real life we would find most of them are "gut instint" dont you?
 
OH btw i dont actually think either of you are mafia now.

if either of you were and the other wasnt there would have been a bitch fight between you two today.

that was my main reason for insting he investigate YOU. i assumed the first thing you would do is check to see who he was investigating as thats your power.

now if you had done that and found out he wasnt investigating you even you would be suspicious of that right? and there for you would have accused him

if you WERE mafia you would have spent the day trying to discredit him so that no one would belive him when he came back saying so

it was a fishing experdition for me to eliminate TWO suspects

And yet you switched me from doctor to bartender while you had more reasons to suspect Inzomnia, you also accused me of some things that were just not true.. which probably resulted in my arrest later that day.
And then the whole ordeal with Inzomnia.. making her doctor, then the mob kills two in one night, she unvoted you seconds before night fall so that SAM (innocent) got arrested and then saves you.
 
Isn't it possible that I could have still been mafia? Even if I investigated Enmos couldn't I still be mafia regardless of what Enmos does?

Yeah, you probably are responsible for getting Enmos arrested the first/second(can't remember) day.

But not the rest of the village. So Asgaurd's method for eliminating two suspects is clearly flawed, odd he didn't realize this before.
 
unless you are BOTH mafia my plan was to make it almost impossable for you both to play off eachother

if your mafia and enmos is not then oviously you would say that james said he was guilty.

if he was guilty and you not then he would have been trying to discredit you all day

the only difference between these two options would have been that you would have done it before when other people were around to vote him out.

i know for a fact that james hasnt been here all day both because of the fact that styder has been doing what he would also do and because im waiting for a responce from him in regard to a mod thing and he is normally quite quick to get back to us.

there for you havent recived a PM from him yet (because mod stuff would come first) and yet you havent tried to pretend it had

so either a) your much smarter than i am or b) your inocent

as i already said if enmos was the guilty one he would have been trying to discredit you all day and he hasnt which again means he is either very smart or inncocent

if you both are mafia oviously your going to say hes inocent which is a possability but its statistically inprobable (i think)

so the logical conclusion is your both inocent

This conversation has made me more certain that Inzomnia and Asguard are mobsters.
She eliminated two townspeople in one go if VI turns out to be innocent.

- Asguard makes Inzomnia doctor.
- Inzomnia unvotes Asguard seconds before nightfall.
- This results in SAMs arrest (innocent).
- VI and Asguard are hit during the night.
- Inzomnia saves Asguard, resulting in VI's death.

IF VI was innocent imo Asguard and Inzomnia are obviously mob.
Or at least Asguard, and Inzomnia was suckered into all of this..

You forgot one more key to their plan, killing me as the village idiot would be useless, but as the police officer I play a vital role to the townspeople. Making Asgaurd switch me with the cop(who must be innocent/guilty, tell me your conclusions about him)would put me, the most active player in this game, in a role that they should kill immediately.

Both Inzomnia and Asguard only went with it to save their own asses.
Asguard knows I'm innocent because he's mob, so he says: Ok, I will make you police officer but ONLY if you agree to investigate Enmos.
This effectively wastes your investigation for that day. And there may not be another investigation by you.. after tonight.

So does that make the cop innocent or guilty, I'll argue that he's guilty, you argue that he's innocent. Let's see where this gets us. OK, I'll start.

The cop must be guilty, why would they remove one of their own from a high ranking position only to replace him with a known towns person?

I'm not saying he's innocent, I'm saying I don't have a clue.
They removed him from his position because they had to.. remember ? It was to save their own asses.

I just wanted to have a fake argument so we can decide on whether he's innocent or not, and you'd take the role of arguing he's innocent. Here's one for the guilty: the cop never investigated anyone, or at least didn't show his findings. What threat did he have to the mafia anyways? It almost seemed like he was HELPING them.

I have to agree with you there, he didn't do much to help us.
But then, he didn't post much in the first place.
I think he's slightly suspect.
