I'm a chef and worked all over this country and the food is crap compared with that of most european countries, and the cultures are divided between the European Englishmen and the Americanised brits....?

My friends in paris pointed out why we are laughed at by them...its because we are like a child suckling on sour milk from americas nipple.....

Chinese & indian restaurants are popular in the uk, german & french ones are not & never will be, & the fact there are very few french restaurants speaks volumes.

I have eaten french food on numerous occations in france & i have yet to enjoy 1 single meal thats nothing to do with my dislike of the french, i dislike israel, yet i have lived in israel & found there food delicious, i never let my dislike of countries get in the way of my tastebuds, my favourite beer is singapore & german beer, i cant stand uk beer.
