It's not mandatory for males. How would that be equal?

You want equal rights for women? How about you start petitioning your Government, along with the countless of servicewomen who are in the armed forces, to allow them to go into combat. They are denied that right as well.

Frankly, I think women should either be in the military (including combat) or out of it altogether. And they should have to meet the exact same physical standards as the men.

This would would greatly limit their numbers, but fair's fair. The enemy isn't going to go easy on them because they're female, so they need to treated exactly the same as the males.

I agree. They should be allowed to go into combat and thus, they should meet the same physical standards as others entering combat. They need to be able to carry what they need to carry and do what they need to do.

And if we all did so treated the women the same way we would treat them if they were soilders in the enemy army. Then we would be equel.

And you have gone right to the gist of this thread. The assumption that women need to be given rights they are should naturally have in the first place. That they shouldn't need to be given said rights is rarely addressed. That women should simply have the same rights without being given them is usually ignored or forgotten. The actual debate of having to give rights to women is in itself sexist. It should not be something that needs to be given if it is to be deemed equal.
