Jesus will come

I don't understand why they wanted to turn Jesus into something inhuman in the first place. Of course he was born from sex, and there was nothing wrong with that.

Sex as in sexual reproduction only. But the story goes that without sexual intercourse Mary conceived, and so Joseph couldn't understand how his wife who was still a virgin had become pregnant and still sinless all at the same time.

They had a method of killing those who had sinned.
The priests would make up this poisonous brew with the words of a curse dissolved in it, and the woman accused of fornication had to drink it. It was more than enough to kill anyone who had wronged (over here we call something similar “pointing the bone” which was an old Aborigine method of cursing someone.

Read the reference in Numbers 5 as well.

"11 and the LORD spoke unto Moses, saying:
12 Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them: If any man's wife go aside, and act unfaithfully against him,
13 and a man lie with her carnally, and it be hid from the eyes of her husband, she being defiled secretly, and there be no witness against her, neither she be taken in the act;
14 and the spirit of jealousy come upon him, and he be jealous of his wife, and she be defiled; or if the spirit of jealousy come upon him, and he be jealous of his wife, and she be not defiled;
15 then shall the man bring his wife unto the priest, and shall bring her offering for her, the tenth part of an ephah of barley meal; he shall pour no oil upon it, nor put frankincense thereon; for it is a meal-offering of jealousy, a meal-offering of memorial, bringing iniquity to remembrance.
16 And the priest shall bring her near, and set her before the LORD.
17 And the priest shall take holy water in an earthen vessel; and of the dust that is on the floor of the tabernacle the priest shall take, and put it into the water.
18 And the priest shall set the woman before the LORD, and let the hair of the woman's head go loose, and put the meal-offering of memorial in her hands, which is the meal-offering of jealousy; and the priest shall have in his hand the water of bitterness that causeth the curse.
19 And the priest shall cause her to swear, and shall say unto the woman: 'If no man have lain with thee, and if thou hast not gone aside to uncleanness, being under thy husband, be thou free from this water of bitterness that causeth the curse;
20 but if thou hast gone aside, being under thy husband, and if thou be defiled, and some man have lain with thee besides thy husband--
21 then the priest shall cause the woman to swear with the oath of cursing, and the priest shall say unto the woman--the LORD make thee a curse and an oath among thy people, when the LORD doth make thy thigh to fall away, and thy belly to swell;
22 and this water that causeth the curse shall go into thy bowels, and make thy belly to swell, and thy thigh to fall away'; and the woman shall say: 'Amen, Amen.'
23 And the priest shall write these curses in a scroll, and he shall blot them out into the water of bitterness.
24 And he shall make the woman drink the water of bitterness that causeth the curse; and the water that causeth the curse shall enter into her and become bitter.
25 And the priest shall take the meal-offering of jealousy out of the woman's hand, and shall wave the meal-offering before the LORD, and bring it unto the altar.
26 And the priest shall take a handful of the meal-offering, as the memorial-part thereof, and make it smoke upon the altar, and afterward shall make the woman drink the water.
27 And when he hath made her drink the water, then it shall come to pass, if she be defiled, and have acted unfaithfully against her husband, that the water that causeth the curse shall enter into her and become bitter, and her belly shall swell, and her thigh shall fall away; and the woman shall be a curse among her people.
28 And if the woman be not defiled, but be clean; then she shall be cleared, and shall conceive seed.
29 This is the law of jealousy, when a wife, being under her husband, goeth aside, and is defiled;
30 or when the spirit of jealousy cometh upon a man, and he be jealous over his wife; then shall he set the woman before the LORD, and the priest shall execute upon her all this law.
31 And the man shall be clear from iniquity, and that woman shall bear her iniquity."

Couples even back then had sex on their wedding night. Otherwise, how would be know if she's a virgin or not?

As weird as it is.

Bone PointingThe expectation that death would result from having a bone pointed at a victim is not without foundation. Other similar rituals that cause death have been recorded around the world.[6] Victims become listless and apathetic, usually refusing food or water with death often occurring within days of being "cursed." When victims survive, it is assumed that the ritual was not done faultlessly. The phenomenon is recognized as psychosomatic in that death is caused by an emotional response —often fear— to some suggested outside force and is known as "voodoo death." As this term refers to a specific religion, the medical establishment has suggested that "self-willed death," or "bone-pointing syndrome" is more appropriate.[7][8] In Australia, the practice is still common enough that hospitals and nursing staff are trained to manage illness caused by "bad spirits" and bone pointing.[9]

Which scripture, can you quote it?

I cannot believe i am being called upon to post these scriptures. Just makes me aware how limited some people knowledge of scripture is.

Luke 1
26 Now in the sixth month the angel Gabriel was sent by God to a city of Galilee named Nazareth, 27 to a virgin betrothed to a man whose name was Joseph, of the house of David. The virgin’s name was Mary. 28 And having come in, the angel said to her, “Rejoice, highly favored one, the Lord is with you; blessed are you among women!”

29 But when she saw him, she was troubled at his saying, and considered what manner of greeting this was. 30 Then the angel said to her, “Do not be afraid, Mary, for you have found favor with God. 31 And behold, you will conceive in your womb and bring forth a Son, and shall call His name Jesus. 32 He will be great, and will be called the Son of the Highest; and the Lord God will give Him the throne of His father David. 33 And He will reign over the house of Jacob forever, and of His kingdom there will be no end.”

34 Then Mary said to the angel, “How can this be, since I do not know a man?”

35 And the angel answered and said to her, “The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Highest will overshadow you; therefore, also, that Holy One who is to be born will be called the Son of God.

Matthew 1
18 Now the birth of Jesus Christ was as follows: After His mother Mary was betrothed to Joseph, before they came together, she was found with child of the Holy Spirit. 19 Then Joseph her husband, being a just man, and not wanting to make her a public example, was minded to put her away secretly. 20 But while he thought about these things, behold, an angel of the Lord appeared to him in a dream, saying, “Joseph, son of David, do not be afraid to take to you Mary your wife, for that which is conceived in her is of the Holy Spirit. 21 And she will bring forth a Son, and you shall call His name Jesus, for He will save His people from their sins.”

Will Adstar confirm that under the Jewish Law, given to Moses, that "the husband should be the father of the children"? There is no law that I know of that would give anyone the option of impregnating a betrothed woman and then asking the husband to look after or adopt the child.
What Adstar is proposing would be making God a sinner, and Christ a man born of fornication.

That's the Law given to govern relationships between People. God is not a person therefore the Law does not apply to God.

Didn't see anything in there about a DNA test.

"that Holy One who is to be born will be called the Son of God." Note it only said Jesus will be called the SoG not strickly that God is Jesus' father. "Called" does not imply actual parentage.

The whole who is Jesus' dad is rather humorus situation. The problem appears to be that the virgin birth aspect came into the story later. One place that shows this is the begining of Matthew. It was foretold that the messiah would be a descendent of King David, so the author of Matthew when to great pains to make up a whole series of begats to show that Joseph was a direct descendent of David. But Jesus and Joseph weren't related - oops!

That's is right, therefore the real parentage of Jesus is through Joseph the Son of David. (Heir to the throne of Israel). But the conception was an oddity. Read also the Protovangelium.

What about dry humping gone bad ..back in the days they did not know the sperms could travel ..maybe Mary was not penetrated but someone just shot the load where the little bastards could travel .. very unlikely but still would be a virgin birth .. and then viola .. Jesus

Creative thinking. Who knows. I always thought it might have been a wet dream (on his part).:)

No. Virgin birth is a common theme in the religions of antiquity. Christianity simply follows that trend.

It can be a theme, but how does it happen in real life?
We are talking about real lives here not just fables. Your fiancée/wife becomes pregnant, yet as far as you know it isn't yours so what do you do? :)

But it didn't happen in real life. The myth isn't based on some controversy surrounding the real Mary being pregnant without her hubby's help. It's simply a way to give their god figure a pure birth. It might not surprise you to know that it has not always been the Abrahamic religions to positively frightened of sex, and especially the vagina.

You say it didn't happen in real life and I say it did.
The events described in Luke happen to match the event of 17 BC. The first census. It was a real event without a doubt.
So it becomes a story about having to cope with an unusual domestic situation. Do you take her as your wife or not?

There are a number of problems with the account of the census in the Bible. And even if the census were true in every detail, that doesn't mean the legend of Jesus was also true.
