Is Urine Sterile?

Im my culture the drinking of Shivambu - The Water of Siva as urine therapy comprises of many things beneficial for example - the practice of reverse ageing

Shivambu - The last thing or the 1st choice?
 
Isn't playing with / drinking urine a sexual thing too? "Diaper lovers" and all that? People are so weird. Kind of reminds me of thread necromancy....
 
As a gout sufferer who drinks gallons of water, I do not like the idea of drinking my urine.
As I hope that it is carrying away the uric acid.
