The clearly superficial "mainstream" currently needs geek-types to run the complicated systems underlying basic needs. But when geeks take over, is there any point to letting stupid people live? Sure we need artistic types, but there are plenty that can comprehend math and physics. Why should anybody who is unable to grasp math and physics be allowed to live? I think it will end up being a matter of putting the others in zoos or euthanizing them, just like other animals today. I think they are too dangerous for zoos.

Non-geeks should live because robots can't do anything. If we created a robot, it would obviously be smarter than any non-geek, so it wouldn't go around saying "Duh, duh duh". Since most non-geeks do that, it makes us geeks feel even better than usual. One, we know that we are better than them, and two, they can really add to the uberness by going around and acting really insanely stupid. And there are also the jobs the require very little thinking, which the non-geeks take.

I kinda` agree with Fen ... geeks won't use gas for long ... I'm working on converting a 1978 Trabant to work with H ... I have some problems with storing the H though ... it's not very functional yet , however , when it will be ready I will have a very cheap eco car - I have built a windmill that gets the hydrogen out of rain water so the fuel will be completly free (as long as the system doesn't breack down )

Yes exactly, nobody does want to hump a nerd, and clearly thats saying something. Evolution is trying to weed nerdism out of the human species. It mustn't be a beneficial trait despite the fact nerds think it is.
