It doesn't sound like it has a concept - more of a rant. Is that what you meant by "concept of Wilder's movie" ?

But I haven't seen it. It could have a concept - what used to be called "street theatre", like the guys who threw money from the visitor's balcony of the New York Stock Exchange unto the trading floor - and I doubt I'd approve of it. No sense of humor - which is the key.
