UFOs include ALL unidentified flying craft - INCLUDIING ones that turn out to be mundane.

When people talk of defining UFO's, the first thing they need to accept is that at this time we have no conclusive or extraordinary evidence that any life off this Earth even exists, let alone crazy impressionable people imagining that they are visiting us.

These are NOT UFOS because they do not exhibit extraordinary speed and maneuverability.

That is an impressively narrow view of UFOs. It eliminates 99.999% of UFO sightings, photos and evidence.
In fact, it means there can be no photos of UFOs because photos don't show speed of maneuverability.

Slow speed is extraordinary speed.
No speed is any conclusive evidence of a UFO.
Extraordinary evidence is of course a body part, an instrument, faeces not of this world. Seeing something move at any speed may well be illusory or just plain vivid imagination.
In fact no conclusive evidence of life off this earth exists as yet, as much as I would like it to, and that is the official stance.
Off course the extent and content of the universe and the stuff of life being everywhere, indicates that life should arise elsewhere, but again contact between species is separated by time and distance.
