The tool is complete... but it takes a bench grinder to acheive its purpos.!!!

Yeah these pitcher storage places go down ever now an then... so here lately i been showin an image in my post... an also in the firs post i add a link of the sam pitcher which is stored at a diferent place... so 1 way or the other shoud likely be able to see a pitcher of the item.!!!
It's probably not a tailstock spindle lock, but I felt devilishly inclined to share this funny name with everyone. 
Maybe others will remember this from wood shop (do they still have these courses in school?).
