It's actually cracked concrete, I came up with my answer from personal experience and only googled that pic as illustration. I notice you don't deny it is cracked "insert specific word". Would it require GPS coordinates to get a "weiner"?

Prolly some chemicals included... but thank the white stuff is mostly from limestone.!!!

Whats mostly in queston is what caused the crack-lookin lines in the white stuff... but the white stuff also needs to be guessed.!!!
