The arm is real... the staples are real... the blood is fake.!!!
I made it for a Halloween sig contest... an i cliped off part of each staple leg... touched the remainin legs of the staple in super glue... touched it to my arm an they instently stuck... then i touched the base of each staple leg wit fake blood (cocoa water an red food color)... an the rest is history... genious... eh :)

Ah, OK... I am on the west coast, we never see them here. I also figured that since CH, says he personally took the pic, the chances were slim... he says he's in the Midwest... Indiana, if memory serves.

Here, we see mountain lions, and bobcats for the most.part... Occasionally, something exotic, cause some idiot bought a young animal, then realized it couldn't be domesticated, and released it in the street.
