Good lies?

I regard lying as moral in only one situation: when there is a physical threat against you. Such as someone's pointing a gun, and you die if you don't lie.
 
But it isn't applicable when you are lying to the law. In system of law which you've accepted. That is, if you're guilty (by your own standards also), and you deny the charges, that is unethical. There is a physical threat here also, but the case is different.
