Prohibits harming civilians. So do terrorist attacks like 9/11, spain, suicide bombers in israel and other places that kill countless civilians go against islam? Will the perpetrators be punished by allah?

Just curious.
 
This goes out to all muslims, in the Quran it says "Every nation has a Warner", such is the power of Allah that "a prophet was sent in every tongue" - so I will ask you again as in another thread you willingly overlooked the question, - if the objective will be reached to all in their tongue why then must we turn from the tongue we know? - so that religion may be interpreted to us by men? Only to get the same message, that we must not kill, must not lie
