I think that a longer ban might have been more suitable than a permaban, as he is completely harmless.
But what did you ban Vossistarts for?
Maybe you got the impression that he was spamming too. Perhaps you could take another look.

It looks like occasionally people are getting banned when we are dealing with multiple spam removals. I didn't notice Vossist (although to be honest if it was me, I'm pretty sure that all the members previous posts would be deleted, since they still have them, I don't think it was.)
