So far I've been taking the same amount for 3 years or so. So the amount works just fine but if there's a change I guess my shrink will increase the dosage.

Well it keeps me in a state of balance. Before I would tend to have very serious depression and very high , highs. It's called manic depression or bipolar disease. I really feel quite normal when I'm on it but when I stop for just a day I'm in deep shit.
