Are all discussions of God speculative nonsense?

Yup, so this thread played out exactly the way I thought it would. The theists are saying that god exists, the atheists are saying "evidence please?", and all we get from theists are a bunch of logical fallacies. So far I've seen an argument from authority, special pleading, argument from personal incredulity, moving the goalposts, and even a Pascal's wager like gambit(which I thought was so thoroughly destroyed that no one would use it anymore). So....can we all agree that the theists have nothing new to show(or even tell) us?

I think the problem is that theists tend to cheat on us by giving us only a part of the "theistic experience."

Namely, they give us only dry theology, but do not accept us into their fold.

Online, this is default.

Ever since this excellent forum started members have been discussing whether this god exists, or not. Its actually quite simple, NO!

you have proved nothing, until you do, this god does not exist, I just said so. PROVE to me I am wrong. All you have done is pass me your opinion, thats not proof.
 
By the time God shows himself to the world it will be too late for you to find your faith, this is the test. Think of it as me being a rock star, and a girl being a hot girl. She thinks she is the shit, and I really like this girl. So I do not tell her I am the rock star to see if she will love me with out knowing im this prominent figure. I am testing her to see if her love for me is real, were as if I told her up front who I am she can simply pretend to love me and later take me for half of everything.
 
Yes, it is all speculative nonsense. But why you would believe in your fascist, I dont care were you live im talking to you, but not a creator I dont know.
