The various science sub-forums might also benefit from a second layer of sub-forums.

A second level of sub-forums might actually help thoughtful older threads not get so buried by * threads.

* I need a word in between Glib, vapid, pointless and pithy.

I also never quite understood the fear of thread necromancy.

The fear that things might stink, or be unsightly? Have you no shame? Don't some girls like you?

Looks like James rectified the situation.

And, you're right. Upon re-reading Will's posts it's obvious that he crossed the line. The only post that I read with racism was the "greesy Asian" comment, which I thought was a joke. (telling off-color jokes isn't expressly forbidden. . .)

Hope this brings you some satisfaction on the issue.

Which it was -- until a couple insecure "ethnic members" took it very seriously and scientifically, as though it were an actual observation of skin rather than an observation of shady behavior. Truth be told, if you go back to page 4 or so, serious personal attacking was started by other highly defensive people, not me.

My opinion on the subject of grease? I blame their food.

It's a joke people, I know it's hard.
