So, if he is a good boy for a month when he returns, will the infraction points go back to zero at the end of that month. i.e. It becomes possible for him to start with a clean slate in only two months from now?Typically, yes - and he is well within the realm where a permanent dismissal makes sense. As us, it's just a month *shrug*

No. All active warning points expire 6 months from the date of issue.
