What is Honor?

Acting according to your own beliefs, values and honest judgement when doing so means you are risking something you hold dear.
Honor is integrity in the face of loss.
 
Hmm, does this mean that a group of psychopaths could decide which one is the most "honorable" by comparing their methods, techniques and gruesome tortures and murders of, say, innocent women? The group holds "Joe Psycho" as honorable?

No less than Genghis Khan could be seen as an honorable man.
Honor is entirely subjective to perception.
Perception of what your value judgements are.
The true, albeit trite adage applies, "One man's terrorist is another man's freedom fighter."
