Since Zeus, as a swan, was also supposed to have flown then he must have had a swan's mass (and apparently Leda didn't make any mention of the swan weighing as much as a man).
Alternatively, if he HAD retained his mass then he couldn't have flown as a swan does - which is also an alteration of physical law.

Either way it's sufficient to show manipulation of physical law.

Likewise, turning Periphas into an eagle or Pandareus into stone would be manipulations.
