What about the moon?
Is that also a black hole?
Likely, if the Moon attracts. Just like the Sun.

Yes, but I have the distinct feeling that even a small black hole appearing at or near the surface of the planet for any extended period of time would have serious ramifications for the planet as a whole...

So, how come you can see the moon from the earth?
( There is no rational answer to this question, but I just know that Victor is going to find one )
Just like the inside of your skull. The core is a black hole.
Just like the inside of your skull.
Victor, knock off the black hole nonsense NOW. We have proven beyond a shadow of a doubt that the center of the earth is NOT a black hole, for a few reasons.
1) If it were a black hole, it would be absorbing the planet...
2) Seismic waves are able to travel thru from one side of the planet to the other, and the differences in density used to determine and help triangulate location. If there were a black hole, this would be IMPOSSIBLE because there would be NOTHING THERE.
Now, seriously, I know you can't POSSIBLY be that uneducated to think there is a black hole in the center of the planet...
And what absorbs every ocean on the planet? Magic.
For me logical, the center of the planet absorbs the sea, i.e.,
a black hole.
Ha ha! He's got you there Kittamaru! What is your explanation for why the oceans are being absorbed by..., uh, wait, oceans being absorbed??? Never mind.
I don't have to imagine... ACTUAL scientists have calculated a reasonable estimate...
1.4x10^21 kilograms. Earth as a whole weighs around 5.9736×10^24 kilograms.
No imagination required...
And there is nothing, NOTHING AT ALL, absorbing the water from the oceans... seriously, start putting SOME effort into this.

WEIGHT?
If the water weight, why does not fall on the image:
In the center of the planet, there is something that attracts the water from the ocean of the entire planet.
I say that it is a black hole.

... do you understand how gravity works... nevermind, stupid question, of course you don't. If you did, we wouldn't be having this discussion, and I wouldn't feel like punching a wall with my FACE.
Here, let's break it down to something you can understand: The Magic School Bus (you like Magic, don't you Victor?)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k8NCz3Xhf-k
Watch that... it gives a reasonable explanation of how gravity works.
Now, watch that Victor then come back and tell us what you've learned. Please, for the love of Newton, Einstein, and all physicists everywhere, please prove you have some critical thinking skills here, and that you can deduce what gravity is.
To everyone else - yes, I realize the episode leaves out a key definition (mass) but it gets the general point across.
