I am pro uniform but require special circumstances.
There should be a few mandatory days a month when the employees are required to come to work naked.
Tuesday is always Halloween-style costume day.
On special days the employees must trade their clothes in a lottery that everyone must spend 4 hours to watch.
Also anyone who has created or invented their own clothing will get a good bonus.
And lastly of course, all other days are business issued uniform.

No, but when a child were a politically arousing tie-shirt, or a gang colors, or drug advertising, etc, to school and than the school suspends them the child should not have the right to sue! To fix such problems all children should wear uniform, a child should not come to school to express their immature political, economic or ethical beliefs on their fucking bodies, they come to school to get an eduction, they can learn and discuss political, economic and ethicals beliefs in a education format but not as a freedom of expression.
Uniforms should only be mandatory to create an air of professionalism.
School kids don't need to look professional, and people in a closed office don't need to either, unless meeting people from outside the company.

There is a difference between the right to wear your own clothes and the right to advertise drugs, be offensive, or show allegiance to a criminal gang.
And you can only do this while in school uniform because....
As for empolyees, an empolyer should only be able to force a dress code if the empolyees are working in an environment where they interact with customers or where the uniform is for their safety. The Dress code is not without limits of course but that for the courts to separate out, such as what an employee can reject because it is too sexually explicit, etc.

It's dumb.
What is offensive? Is wearing a shirt that causes other students to not focus on their work but argue with you, offensive? Is wearing something that disrupts a class offensive?
The uniform does not promote these, rather it prevents unwanted discussion politics, ethics, etc, for example of some yuppie brat or redneck wears a "Mccain will kill us all" or "Obama is a terrorist" tee-shirt, math class is not the right place for the surrounding students to want to pick an argument with him.
If students are looking at someone's clothes and not their work that's their own fault. You should deal with them, not take away people's individuality because it stimulates the senses of some who are unfocused.
Again with dealing with behaviours instead of simply removing a stimulus.
Not a big fan of uniforms, but being in the military its a lot more anal about appearance. I've never really worked a desk job in an office, but I think everyone should dress presentably anyway. Jeans/khaki's and a collared or button up shirt. For the rest of us blue collar, wear whatever and work in a jumpsuit or coveralls, or some kind of musty dirty uniform 
Those students are too young to have that level of self control, most of all the student is too young to have control over their individuality. Children aren't adults, they don't process stimulus like adults, and they won't until their frontal lobes have matured, so you have to deal with behavior first.
Are you are willing to let your children watch pornography and snuff films or are you going to cut off the stimulus from them?
Small children usually couldn't careless about what you dress them in for school. When I was in 1st and 2nd grade my mother laid out my clothes and I put them on. I didn't care. I had to dress in uniform when I was in elementary school and it really wasn't that big of a deal. Clothes may reflect one's personality, but your personality should shine through regardless of what you are or are not wearing. No one is saying kids don't get to wear their own clothes. Uniforms aren't hand me downs, their yours. Plus no one is saying you can't dress however you want after school or on weekends. Children as well as many adults should learn that there is a time and place for certain types of attire. School is like work for children and they should dress appropriately. I went to a high school with no dress code what so ever, but when we temporarily had to wear uniforms there were no adverse effects. You couldn't wear the cute new shirt you bought to school so you showed it to your friends on the weekend. It improved my concentration because when you're in laid back clothes you tend to act laid back. School is not the place for this. When I looked professional, I felt professional, and acted accordingly many of my peers did. The only complaint we had was that we were on a college campus where the college students tended to be hostile towards us and wearing uniforms singled us out. So we went back to no dress code. Wearing uniforms doesn't change anything.
Duh? What's ultraporn? I'm over 55 I want some!
I heard about it on a tv show. Futurama I think. The forbidden is always enticing.

Good if theres a large number of you, and you go places.
IE, If you're a catering company, Public services, Mechanic. Etc.
Office, nah, why bother ?
Museum. I think offices have dress codes because of worker morale. I know I wouldn't feel like working all that hard if I worked in something really comfortable like pajamas or sweatpants. When I go to my job downtown I have to wear dress pants and a nice blouse. Those clothes are expensive it would be easier if it was just a uniform because then I could just wash and re-wear.
