The truth of our F-16s on 9-11

1. Modern jet fighters, especially those with engine thrusts to weight ratio over 1.1, have no trouble flying a straight path with a speed of 200 mph at low altitude. So following a jet liner shouldn't be a problem.

2. To maintain a speed of 1000mph at low altitude, all fighters execpt F-22 need to turn on afterburner to max. In the animated gif file, no redness was registered on the tail of the fast moving object.

3. Remote control jet liner is possible only if made by manufacture. However, the final configuration will not be like a simple plugin box on the cockpit. It requires lots of modification on the plane and it's not something some people can do in a few days in the maintenance hanger. The UA plane maintenance record can easily show any unusual and long maintenance activity. Why speculate when you can find proof?
