the mass effect doesn't have to be substantial. If there is just a little of it the mass can grow from it's own mass effect from that to an enough amount, but to be honest, just a small amount of the real dimension would've been enough, that's why I think it's possible.
But I suppose that the real dimension mass can excitate so much that their quantumtrace outside the black hole excitates to a such a degree that it gains mass enough for the original matter to teleport out via it. That is just my belief and I believe it wouldn't make much would it be so or not.
