We work to live and we do not live to work. Hence you can do anything you want during work. But you can't complain about getting caught looking at naked women. Why would it be more unethical to look at a naked woman compared to a dressed woman? It is still wasting time (theirs, not yours).
 
I think I turning gay or something. I found the last set of pictures quite un-erotic or stimilating in any fashion.

Further, the poster of these pic hyperlinks warns that if you really require this disclaimer underneath pictures in a THREAD ENTITLED "THE MOST BEAUTIFUL WOMAN ON EARTH" THAT'S KNOWN TO BE FULL OF PICTURES OF WOMEN, you require immediate medical attention.
