Planck's constant, the reason a frequency increase with velocity is because it increases latitude inside a spinning collapsing sphere where there is less space.
The passing of time is different in my hypothesis because it passes with each new encapsulation. The encapsulations make time flow in chronological order. It passes differently according to mass, non mass and momentum. We don't observe the complete moment of collapse because it needs to reach our center of mass. We can use instruments to view the collapse of a wavelength into a point particle. It can change for each person looking at it because each person has a slightly different mass. It can change for the same person looking at it because the wavelength is going through its own cycle.

This separates the hemispheres where matter exists in the lower hemisphere and wavelengths in the upper hemisphere. Wavelengths become more frequent towards the upper hemisphere because there is less space. Matter becomes more dense towards the lower pole because there is less space. There is a physical reason for all things and there are no missing links in the creation of universes.

presentism (the past and future do not exist, only a universal "now")

possibilism (only the past and present exist) ... also known as the growing block universe

reverse possibilism (only the future and present exist) ... also known as the shrinking block universe

eternalism (past, present, and future all co-exist) ... also known as the block universe

The visual effect is the spectrum of light. If a collapsing force can collapse all the energy in the universe into a singularity until it expands wouldn't it be just as easy or easier to collapse and expand everything individually as space expands? Each 3d spinning collapsing sphere collapses to a point and expands out into the next spinning collapsing sphere that is a universal event. It's why a wavelength expands and contracts. Light moving towards the observer would be part of the collapse, and blue shift. Light moving away from the observer would be part of the expansion and red shift.

Time must exist in order for the "spheres" to "spin" or "collapse". Without time there is no change, hence no "spinning", no "collapsing". Ergo your (nonsensical) explanation of what "causes" time essentially starts with time already existing.
