Yes. There is a way to "repress" such a thing. But not so much repress, as to ease, making it less of a basic fact of your daily existence.
Meditate daily. Stop eating cooked food. Eat only fruits, nuts, seeds, grains, vegetables. etc. Go on a raw food vegan diet. Drink only purified spring water. Keep your mind as clean as your body. Sleep between the hours of 9pm and 6am. Eat a very light evening meal and a fortified and full breakfast. Dispense with caffeine, tobacco, alcohol, and all drugs. Get plenty of exercise everyday and have a goal that you are focused on that you work toward every day. Stop watching T.V. and listening to popular music. Restrict yourself to news, jazz, classical, etc. READ. Take you mind out of the popular paradigm and discipline it. An undisciplined mind is easily a victim to the assaults of popular culture. Stop letting yourself be told what you desire.
If you focus on, obsess over, and think about sex, it will necessarily wire your brain and focus your existence in such a direction. Is this your goal?
If these suggestions seem unpalatable, perhaps unrelenting sexual desire and the torment of emotional upheaval that whirls along side is preferable.
