Static an aspect of subatomics

We say static is a buildup of electrons, but to the masses it has a different purpose that we impart to the whole of relativity.

But would it be so wild to make the assumption that because of a static buildup in a vacuous area a transfer is possible.



Something can not be moved to an empty shelf if there is no shelf to keep it from hitting the bottom.
