Out of Game: My guys are now infantry, since we lost our fighters and still wanted to fight, take your pick, Blitz Squadron or the German or Morrocco ground forces.

Out of Game: Blitz can't fire the first shot, because they don't have ammo. You have ammo, so why not fire, because Blitz detected you?

Out of Game: I don't think he have anything to identify he is Russian, because after all he is on an intel gathering mission, and all Blitz know is he is flying a Sukhoi ( used by a lot of African Nations that actually have an air force ), potentially hostile and is armed.

What if it was an accidental ID?

Like they were told enemy aircraft were bombing this area but those enemy aircraft had left and by accident they found me. They thought I was the enemy aircraft and try taking me down.
