The agents kept singing, even after Jack stopped. Shogun was still waiting.

Out of Game: Wanna play as Rebecca as the National Guard searches for her?
 
OUT OF GAME: Well see the thing is, she's out of the country. There is a little possibility they won't find her. :D What do you need her for?
 
Out of Game: A) possibility she might be operating with you B) bargaining chip. I won't capture her, but my troops will try.
 
"Bring her in to the command center, cuff her hands and feet, take no chances," Shogun ordered,

"Yes, my lord,"

Shogun then checked his weapons, including his kunai.
 
Ten agents went out to get Rebecca, they cuffed her hands and feet, and had their weapons ready and pointed. They then brought her into the detention center.
 
A black car was parked outside. Inside were a pair of suspicious men. They watched the turn of events, then drove off.
 
The agents then reported,

"She was about to leave the country when we detained her,"

His uncle then ordered,

"Close off the boarders, all forms of transportation out of this country is to be stopped and turned back, unless I give order otherwise, I will make the arrangements,"

Shogun the said,

"It is the most wise, uncle,"

The agents then saluted and said,

"As you wish, my lord,"
 
Another agent entered and said: "Sir, when do you wish to procede with the interrogation?"
 
Shogun then said, "Tell the interrogators to continue, but stop singing, and default to my original orders to be silent and stare at him, clicking pens are permitted,"
 
"I have my own reasons, you will see," Shogun then said, "I would like to converse with Rebecca, bring her here,"
 
"Sir!" The agent then walked away to where Rebecca was being held. A minute or so later she was brought to Shogun with an armed escort.
