They arrived at the Detention Center. They stopped, three platoons surrounded the door of the troop carrier. It opened and top agents took out their guns. The police surrounded the entire building, 6 agents came and carried Jack.

The agents carried Jack into the detention center, where more agents were there waiting. The troops stopped at the entrance. Then the door was closed. The police and National Guard formed a perimeter around the detention center. The agents were silent. They then carried him to a maximum security cell and threw him in and locked the doors. They then left without another word.
They turned off the lights in the cell. Shogun then arrived at the detention center. One of the agents walked up to him and asked,

Ten agents returned to the cell and turned on the lights. They then all went into the cell. 8 of them grabbed Jack's limbs, two per limb, the other two pointed their guns at Jack.
