Sciforums City: Solstice

OOc: Do you wanna fast forward? I dunno if you have anything planned but I certainly don't, my guy is a loner, other than twiddling his thumbs and launching smoke grenades theres not much else for me to do...

Out of Game: why not try some assassination? why don't you kill some city officials?

What I meant is between your character and my character actually interacting you know what I mean? As fun as killing city officials is (maybe an 7 on the wildly entertaining sh1t o meter) interacting with you definitely scores a 9.4.

and at least than youd be fully healthy again and so would I.

Out of Game: I will skip to where I am out of the infirmary.

A few weeks later....

A medic came into Shogun's room,

"My lord, you will be released soon, I just need final checkups,"

Shogun then went with the medic for his examination. He then was released and stepped outside of the infirmary. He saw a van stopping and his guards exiting it with Nunnally.

I was in my apartment and taking off the last bandages, apparently after a little "questioning" here and there the governor was going to give him some special anti terror award. And I was going to be there, but not to shake his hand mind you.

I grabbed two clips of RPB ammo and one of incendiary and a final clip of armor penetrating. I grabbed my .357 lapua sniper rifle, fitted my favorite scope onto it, strapped it onto my back and headed out.

"Oniisama!" Nunnally shouted in excitement and ran towards Shogun. Shogun hugged her, he haven't seen his sister since the incident where he was shot in the shoulder, it was a warm reunion.

I was driving on a motorbike to the hospital when right next to me was a limo, it looked like the guy I was hired to kill was there. He stared at me, I waved, he waved back happily. Not a care in the world, he wouldnt be that way for long.

And than, without warning....the light changed green.

Nunnally asked,

"Oniisama, I heard you were attacked and 3 of your guards were killed!"

Shogun the smiled faintly and answered,

"It's nothing, I am fine now,"

The guards saluted and said,

"My lord, it is good to see you again,"

Out of Game: Anywhere, I don't really know where you should kill him.

Well the way I had started it was he was going to give you a big award for anti terror ops, and than I shoot him. So I figured you would like to be the one to decide on that and I should not powergame.

Out of Game: This somehow doesn't make sense politically, a major giving the Heir to Marquis of Junius, Lord of Defense, and Head of the Vichi Clan a medal. It is like a captain decorating a general. Oh well, maybe kill him before he enter the base?

OOc: Can do.

I found some apartment and rented a room for a week. I went up, it was on the fifth floor overlooking a military base half a click away (1 click=1 kilometer). I set up my rifle and loaded it up with Incendiaries, I felt like making a statement.

I saw the mayors limo pull up. The second he got out and took a step into the open I unloaded my ten round magazine into him, nine rounds hit his torso and one ripped through his leg and into the concrete. He tumbled backwards. By the time he hit the ground I could see the embers of his clothes and the smoke of the white phosphorous burning through his chest rising up. I imagined the smell was horrid. Gunfire rang out all around but the supposed "guards" weren't even aiming for me, just shooting randomly.

I could still see the smoke of the white phosphorous round that hit the concrete coming up.

I left shortly after that.

One of Shogun's bodyguards put his touched his commlink and nodded.

"My lord, the mayor is dead," the guard reported.

I had returned home later that day and turned on the discovery channel which had a documentary about the coral reef or something. I ate some popcorn and even got to see a scene of a leoperd racing at 60 mph and taking down some poor defenseless gazelle that was just minding it's own business... What an interesting world this is.

Shogun and his guards rushed to the scene. It was sealed off by the National Guard. Shogun entered and an officer saluted, Shogun returned the saluted and then ordered,

"Start an investigation immediately, I highly suspect it is Sing, I need evidence,"
