"Rather than signalling the arrival of alien lifeforms or a meteorite in the Norwegian city of Tromso, the spectacular plume of light was produced in the wake of Russia's nuclear-capable Bulava missile.

It was test-fired from a submarine in the White Sea before dawn on Wednesday. It was the 12th test launch of the Bulava and the seventh time the firing has ended in failure, "
 
They say it was a failure but perhaps it was a success and they have now infected that area with some sort of Bio weapon.
 
yeah Bulava missile needs lots of more tests and work, this is beyond any generation of ballistic missiles ever tested by any nation. The technology in that thing is beyond...it needs everything to work exact. I say more tests are needed.

thats stupid. Russia will not employ bio weapons let alone nukes against a nation without an attack on itself deeming its unity.

well lets see USA used nukes on another country: check
Russia/Soviet Union used nukes on another country: no check
USA used white phosphorous and other chemical attacks on another country: check
Russia/Soviet Union used chemical attack on another country: no check

Well I believeyou are forgetting the Lets use nukes as a earth moving/Lake building exercise. That russia did back in the 70's I believe they did it outside of russian borders but still in Cummunist USSR.
Bio chemicals with the Afgans would like to offer up some info on that as well I believe.

More military weapons just add to the danger that nations face from unprovoked wars . The five permanent members of the security council live with their own rules with no respect to what others think .

balance of forces is necessary. Nuclear forces create more peace than wars. There are more inclinations on using diplomacy rather than brutal force, as a result of nations possessing nuclear weapons.
 
Looks more like the coming messiah that a Russian missle test. Besides, the Russians I understand have issued a denial.
