Here's the problem with your logic. Rape can be both physical AND mental. A young kid doesn't have the life experience to understand the consequences of his actions. I remember one case where this 13 year old got his teacher preggo, and ended up being sued for child support even though she was charged for statutory. Now this kid has to pay for a baby, and his life is fucked.

Think of the Michael Jackson situation. He's charged with consential rape of preteens. It's still rape because he seduced them, and you can bet these kids were mentally hurt by this.

Of course I and every other guy when he was young, wanted to bang a hot older women. But as adults, we realize that somethings are better left for fantasy than reality.

I agree with Bells on this one. If a male teacher had have had sex with a female teen student, the public would have been baying for his blood. Why should a female teacher be treated any differently??

The child was 12. He was underage. The teacher is a mature adult. Her gender is IRRELEVANT. She engaged in statutory rape, hence she should be punished in a consistent and fair manner. End of story.

exactly. theoretically impossible. there are exceptions, like example above, but usually...come on.
 
You can violate a man, just as you violate a woman. Men sometimes cannot physiologically avoid a boner once touched no matter who does the touching. Morning wood has also been the subject of more than a few rape cases. In the case of children however, they don't know any better than to follow the physical response because they can't reason the rest of it in time to stop what's happening.

Many pedophiles of the male variety have also used the defense of the child being aroused at the time of the rape to attempt to prove that the child wanted it. Both male and females have the ability to be aroused physically and still not want to have sex. It's much harder for children to ignore their impulses when the person is bigger or in a position of authority because adults know what's best for them and always have.

It's an ugly thing to think about.

Or do you think a woman who is aroused at all shouldn't be able to claim rape even if she says no a hundred times?
 
i think rapists need to be shot.
the 'children' you are referring to are not what i'd call people. they have no control of thier emotions, and have no clue whats going on if a pedoph. were to rape them.
if its ugly to think about, dont think about it.

possibly.
with the legal system in this country, which sees documents as more important than people, i wouldn't doubt it being ruled as that.
even though i would call that rape by the kid.
but, then again, why would the teacher allow the kid to do that? 20 year old is stronger and more powerful, and could simply kick the kid's ass if they tried that.
