No..it's a depiction of real life paranormal experiences. It's compelling evidence for the paranormal.
 
It's a show that lets the viewer decide, perhaps...

I'll say this. I didn't care for it much, because it was really pushing the idea of demons, and possessed households, etc. It seemed a bit out there. Showing these scary looking cartoonish faces photoshopped into the footage. Seemed contrived. Definitely believe in the real possibility of the paranormal ''realm,'' but some of these shows come off so cheesy.

i look at it as emotional porn
the never ending suspense and close ups of peoples contorted faces making "oh my god" expressions.
the "oh my god im running from a mass shooter" blare witch camera angles ...
etc etc ...
intellectually its about 9 years old
some call it art
i call it poor copy cat toilet humour emotional porn

lol I usually hide my face behind a pillow when the scary parts are coming...so, I wouldn't know. But, I'll take your word for it. :wink:

This particular show isn't as scary, but Ghost Hunters...I need a pillow for that one. ^_^
