On hot days, I have been known to take them out naked, usually wearing a nappy, if we have to go in the car. On hot days, my children are rarely dressed, with the exception of a liberal amount of sunscreen.

Why?

These are babies I take it Bells. Well will you still be taking naked pictures of them when they are 9 yrs old (like orleander) and would you post those online? Babies in a diaper are a whole different story.

After reading all this I'm just glad I didn't have kids when I was married. I'd be to worried about them anywhere I took them.

what about when they are 7 or 8? will you let them play around nude then ?

Why not? I did. I have childhood photos and memories of days playing at the beach as a child completely naked with my father throwing me up in the air in the water. So did my husband if the photos and home movies his family took are anything to go by.

Would you want your 7 or 8 year olds to be nude in public? in a mall perhaps?

I do not post photos of my children anywhere, naked or clothed.

I agree with you in that I would not post them online because of the risk and because I value my privacy. I do not post personal photos anywhere of myself or anyone in my family. But to call her a bad parent because of it is a bit out of line. She keeps her children safe and that is the most important thing. She is right in saying that it is just a photo. Because at the end of the day, a paedophile can take photos of naked children anywhere in public and post them online or save it to their computer.

No. You are taking this to a whole different level and extreme here. At a beach, if they want to strip down and there is no one else around, I don't have a problem with it. I would not let them go shopping in the nude because others might have a problem with seeing them naked.

Well everyone has access and can see them at the mall so why is posting nude pictures on the internet for anyone to see any different?

That is like me, as I said. Somebody asked me once here to post my kids in the picture thread and I said no. I am very protective that way of them.
I just wouldn't take the risk of where those pictures could end up. (and I am talking clothed pictures too)

Well honestly I was trying to bite my tongue. But the more she kept talking, the worse and worse it sounded. Like I have said and others, I do find it disturbing. There is no reason I can come up with to justify posting naked pictures of your kids on the internet..NOT ONE.

I know you didnt but posting nude pics on the internet is the same as giving a bunch of unknown and unseen people at a mall access to see your childs genitals, I think that it is wrong

Taking them to the park is like giving every pedophile an opportunity to look at them. Sending them to school is giving every crazy kid a chance to shoot them.

If fear is what drives your existence, you might be better off locking them in the basement and feeding them through a locked door.

I have noticed one thing: in India if you admire a child, the mother is flattered and happy; in the US, they look at you like you are a predator out to rape babies. Sick.

Thats Bullshit!! People are always commenting on how cute my son is when we are out. I usually start talking to them and am flattered, but I already know he is damn cute;)

Now if we go to the Splash park full of little kids, and I see a strange older man lingering around watching them with no kids.........That makes me wonder!
