Nude Child Photography OK?

Is nude child photography, purely from an artistic point of view, acceptable?

Is it because they aren't black natives in Africa that it bothers you?

:confused: What do black natives in Africa have to do with it ?
I am not bothered by the picture, it's the idea of what others might think of it or do with it.

I guess I'd be more bothered what they might do with the actual child, not a picture.
But the pic I had showed her looking king of coy with a tattoo. The link you had showed them standing around.
Thora Birch (16 at the time) showed her boobs in American Beauty (again posed)
Is pubic hair where the cut of line? If it is, then National Geographic is in a world of hurt.

well, kids aren't forced to be nude, they are forced to wear clothes. I doubt any of these kids were ordered to get their clothes off.
I have a problem with the fact that you can buy a DVD of this supposed 'Young Teen Jr. Pageant'. And nudist places I've been too doesn't have photos of their clientele. This doesn't seem like nudist to me, its more exhibitionist and a bit of as money maker. I bet they have been reported.

But if the pics shown here had been of natives in Africa, the Amazon, the Outback, etc, would people's reaction be different? I'm gonna guess yes.

The Problem that A lot of us are having here is that YOU a mother would post naked pictures of her kids
on the Internet. The only reason you said you wouldn't is because you fear the cops coming to your door.
Doesn't this sound ODD even to yourself?

You still didn't say what the purpose of that would be? Because you could just show family members in your home if you wanted. So what audience are you entertaining with these pictures?

That you have been to? Like I said in the other thread about what I thought about nudist camps, when you jumped down my throat. This is one thing they had on that documentary I watched. People actually snuck in cameras and were talking pictures.
 
because if we saw the exact same naked pics of natives we aren't scandalized. Pics of naked white kids gets people all upset though.

Makes me think of missionaries seeing naked Polynesians for the first time. They sexualized it and made them cover up because it was unnatural and wrong.
Now I understand a bit more about how the Taliban feels about uncovered women.

Would you upload these kind of pictures of your kids if the police wasn't coming to knock on your door for it ?

Pictures of native kids would be equally disturbing to me, for what purpose would anyone upload those kind of pictures ?

I don't take those kinds of pics of my kids so it doesn't apply to me.

of course it is. I have to wonder about the people that see sex in every naked form they see.
(they do realize animals are naked right?? Oh, maybe that explains the sweaters. lol)
