Nice off-grid house...

Our mandate is to ally with them against the generation in between
that is my wife's mandate. I'm the crabby ol' curmudgeon who shoots at everyone and yells the F-word all the time.

PS - you and your brother don't look much alike
there is a lot of debate about my paternity (in the family as well). of course, it's likely because I'm one of the few sane ones

Pretty on the outside. Looks like open operating-room concept inside.
I hope all that white plastic is recycled shopping bags!

My first impression was that it was a relaxing little cabin but upon watching the whole thing and thinking about it, it's not very practical as is.

It would be better if you could slide open and closed each side wall instead of the whole thing. If it's windy on one side, close just that side.

Having a bed in the middle of the cabin is awkward, some futons convertible to beds would be better along with a coffee table which could be used to eat on and as a nightstand at bedtime.
The tub seems a little gimmicky (like a hot tub, nice but seldom used) and unless it's in Florida (not) there aren't many days when you would open up the whole house like that.

Even a wild animal could just walk right in. However, a cabin by the lake with a lot of glass and one or two sliding doors is a nice idea.

Lately, I've been looking at a lot of alternative construction methods.
Like like this one:
It doesn't need to be tiny; it can be any size you like. But it's not mobile....
(bandwidth is no longer a problem, so I subscribe to all kinds of silly stuff on You Tube. Huskies and otters, even)

Airbnb is in on the off-grid rentals now which offers the opportunity to “test” the lifestyle.

To find one in an enchanted forest, where gnomes and fairies live…it’d be quite the challenge, to return to the suburbs.:rolleye:

I find that gnomes and fairies have their good and bad days. Two weeks with a gnomes might be enough.
